Education Department, Govt. of Assam has released a notification for the recruitment of 5393 Assistant Teachers. Interested candidates may check the vacancy details and apply online from 26-03-2018 to 19-04-2018.

Job Location: Assam
Eligibility Criteria for Govt. of Assam Assistant Teacher:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed the following from a recognised university:
10+2 with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
OR
10+2 with 50% and 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
OR
10+2 with 50% and 2-Year Diploma in Special Education
AND
TET Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2018): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Teacher Eligibility Test.
Application Fee: General/UR/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 200 and SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 150 through Indian Postal Order in the name of Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.

TS POLYCET 2018 : Registration Begins

The registration process for Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) has begun today, on March 14.
