CBSE class 12 English exam: Do's and Dont's

The CBSE class 12 examination will begin from tommorow i.e March 2.English is first subject to be tested. Candidates from Science stream, Commerce stream or Arts stream have English as one of the mandatory subjects, besides others. 

Here's a list of Do's and Don'ts to maintain calm and perform well:
Do's:
Sleep on time so that you can wake up refreshed on the day of the exam;
Go for a walk in the morning or do yoga/exercise. According to a research, this process helps to de-stress the mind and lowers the anxiety level;
Eat a healthy breakfast before leaving for the exam hall;
Reach the exam hall at least 15-20 minutes before the commencement of the paper;
Remember to carry the admit card/hall ticket, stationary items (pens, pencils, scale, highlighters etc)
In case of any illness, carry the medicines along;
Don'ts:
Do not be late for the exam;
Do not go on an empty stomach, however, eat healthy not heavy food;
Do not read a new topic just before the exam; it creates nervousness and confusion;
Do not be under confident or over confident;
Do not panic, be positive

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results of Indian Forest Service (IFS) 2017.
