Educational qualifications:
Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade 'A': Candidates applying for this post should possess at least a second class Master's degree in Hindi/Hindi translation, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree level;
Candidates should have acquired a second class Master's degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree level;
Candidates should have obtained a second class Master's degree in Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor's degree level. (In lieu of a subject of Hindi at Bachelor's degree level, one may have recognized Hindi qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree);
Candidates should have acquired a Master's degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi translation, of which one must be second class.
Manager (Technical - Civil) in Grade 'B': Candidates applying for this post should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification having acquired at least 60 per cent marks in aggregate of all semesters/years. Aggregate grade point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.
Manager (Technical - Electrical) in Grade 'B': Candidates applying for this post should have a BE/B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering having acquired at least 60 per cent marks in aggregate of all semesters/years. Aggregate grade point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.
Assistant Manager (Security) in Grade 'A': Candidates applying for this post should be officers with a minimum of five years of commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force.
Age limit:
Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade 'A': Candidates applying for this post should age between 21 and 30 years.
Manager (Technical - Civil) in Grade 'B': Candidates applying for this post should age between 21 and 35 years.
Manager (Technical - Electrical) in Grade 'B': Candidates applying for this post should age between 21 and 35 years.
Assistant Manager (Security) in Grade 'A': Candidates applying for this post should age between 25 and 40 years.
Selection Process:
The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the written exam to be followed by an interview.
