Staff Selection Commission Eastern Region (SSC ER) has invited applications for recruitment at various posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply before April 13.SSCER has released admit cards for the candidates who have appeared for the interview for post of junior engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Survey & Contract) Exam 2014 on March 14.The candidates can download the admit cards from the official website.

The eligible candidates can apply in a prescribed format indicating the post name, category number, advertisement number and send it to the Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (ER), 234/4, A.J.C Bose Road, Nizam Palace, 1st Building, 8th Floor, Kolkata- 700020. In case of candidates living in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul ad Spiti District and Pangi, Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates living abroad can apply before April 20 till 5 pm.

Pay Scale:
Junior geographical assistant: The candidates will be offered Rs 5,200 - 20,200 per month.

Statistical assistant: The candidates will be offered Rs 5,200 - 20,200 per month.

Technical assistant: The candidates will be paid Rs 5,200 - 20,200 per month.

Research assistant: The candidates will be paid Rs 9,300 - Rs 34,800 per month.

Assistant pharmacognocist: The candidates will be paid Rs 9,300 - Rs 34,800 per month.

Assistant chemist: The candidates will be paid Rs 9,300 - Rs 34,800 per month.

Assistant biochemist: The candidates will be paid Rs 9,300 - Rs 34,800 per month.
