Key Responsibility Area:
  • The candidates should be a partner with the regional construction team within an assigned geographical area to optimize place and to align goals with corporate strategies
  • He should gather and analyze information on the potential of the market and each restaurant in assigned geographical area
  • He should fosters the team approach to development within the region
  • The candidate should develops and utilizes a network of brokers and other outside consultants
  • He should utilizes the Gold Site Development Standards to optimize the sales performance of existing restaurants (e.g., visibility, 24 hour, drive-thru, landscaping, signage, marketing, access)
  • He should maintain a  good relationship within the organization as also with external vendors e.g. landlords, government bodies etc for rapid achievement of Real Estate tasks
  • He should take initiatives to gain feedback from operations on successes and areas for improvement. Uses this knowledge for future improvement
  • He should have the capability to manage, motivate, and evaluate the Regional Real Estate Department Staff, including recruiting, retaining, training, developing and coaching
  • The candidates should have an understanding of Profit & Loss and is responsible for creation of new site/store P&L's
