Anand Agricultural University (AAU), has invited applications for filling the post of junior research associate, senior research fellow and agromet observer fellow. The profile will be on contractual basis for a period of two years. Interested candidates can attend walk-in interview on March 4 at 9 am.

Educational Qualification:Junior research associate - The candidate should hold Ph.D in agromet/meteorology/atmospheric science/geophysics or M.Sc/M.Tech with two years of research experience.

Senior research fellow - M.Sc(Agri) in agricultural meteorology or M.Sc in Geophysics/Geoinformatics.

Agromet observer fellow - The candidate should have cleared class 12 and have basic knowledge in computers.

Age Limit:Junior research associate - The candidate should be up to 40 years(male candidates) and 45 years old(female candidates)
Senior research fellow - The candidate should be up to 35 years(male candidates) and 40 years old(female candidates)
Agromet observer fellow - The candidate should be up to 35 years old.

Pay Scale:Junior research associate - The candidates will be offered Rs 24,000.
Senior research fellow - The candidates will be paid Rs 16,000
Agromet observer fellow - The candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs 14,400.
