Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) exam result will be announced on the online application website on March 12, 2015.
The GATE exam was held during forenoon and afternoon sessions on alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

For every wrong answer:
1/3 mark will be deducted from multiple choice questions carrying one mark;
2/3 mark will be deducted from multiple choice questions carrying two marks

2/3 mark will be deducted from multiple choice questions carrying two marks
For numerical answer type questions, no marks will be deducted.
