Roles and Responsibilities
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions
Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Reviews system test plans and system tests modules before implementation
Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy
Works with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing
In upgrades, monitors production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users
Develops detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates
Ensures that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project.
Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables
Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations
Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent
Anticipates operational, program, and implementation issues and develops preventative measures.
Presents facts and information to negotiate mutually acceptable solutions and adapts communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal and external levels.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implication of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Contributes to the area through delivery of end results and contribution to planning for the area.

Educational qualification
Candidates should posses the following qualification; 10+ years of relevant experience in business/system analysis or equivalent combination of education and work experience; computer Science, System Analysis or similar technical degree
Skills required
Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English; ability to work independently and/or as part of a team; ability to coach, motivate and guide less experience team members; leadership and team development; excellent organization and prioritization skills
