The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct the Board exams for Class 12 candidates from March 2. According to CBSE 10,40,368 candidates have registered for the exams, with the allotment of centres for the students coming to 678 this year
.
Of the centres, 606 are allotted for local students in Delhi, where 605 centres were given to them the previous year. The students satisfying the foreign reservation criteria have been allotted a total of 64 centres, compared to 58 centres in 2014, the number of centres for the visually impaired has remained the same at 8 centres in the state for 2014-15.
This year, students have also been enabled to reach out to the CBSE for help and queries. Some of the services offered are -

Students can dial 1800 11 8004 from any part of the country which will give centralised access to CBSE helpline. While the general queries will be answered by the operators, students will be connected to the principals or counselors in case of exam related anxiety or stress.
