Intermediate passed with 3 years of experience as Crew Controller or,

Graduate from a recognised university or institute with one or two years experience as Crew Controller.

Age
As on January 1, 2015 the age of the candidate must not exceed 40 years.

Selection Procedure
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview.
