Department of Higher Education under HRD Ministry Invited application of Director Post

The Department of Higher Education, under Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry, has invited applications for the post of Director at National Institute of Technology, Calicut (Kerala). The profile will be on a contractual basis of five years or till the completion of the age of 65 years.

Education Qualifications:

The candidates should possess a PhD degree in first division at Bachelor's and Master's level in Engineering/Technology. Also, the candidates who have done their PhD directly after B.E /B.Tech can also apply. The candidate must have a experience of 15 years in teaching/industry/research, out of which 10 years must be at the level of Professor or above from a recognized organization.

Age Limit: The candidate should be below 60 years of age at the time of applying.

Pay Scale: The short listed candidates will be paid Rs 75000 and a special allowance of Rs 5000.
